ERIE (AP) – Wicked wind chills are gripping Pennsylvania once again.

The National Weather Service says most of the state will see wind chills Monday between 5 degrees and minus-5.

A wind chill warning is in effect for the northern mountains until 9 a.m. Tuesday with forecasts of wind chills 15 to 30 degrees below zero.

School is canceled for the third day in a row in Erie, where the temperature fell to minus-5 and the wind chill was expected to hit minus-18.

The district says it’ll make up missed days in June.

Dozens of other districts were also closed or on a two-hour delay.

Temperatures are expected to plunge in the Philadelphia area after climbing above freezing following a weekend snowstorm.

Motorists say they’re dodging deep potholes on their morning commute Monday.
