Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Nicholas J. Kalcevic, 32, 720 Hamilton Ave., Belle Vernon; false reports; charged Dec. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Josh D. Teska, 30, 24 Linden Ave., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 13, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David C. Griffith II, 30, 8 Berry Road, Burgettstown; theft; charged April 26, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Jeremy C. Akers, 36, 1032 Breakneck Road, Connellsville; unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure and open lewdness; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 5 years of probation, offender counseling, 25-year registration requirement, no contact with victim and contact with own minor child to be supervised.
Dustin M. Jenkins, 22, 3127 Millers Run Road, Cecil; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 11, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Lang A. Woytovich, 24, 212 Fourth St., Charleroi; false identification to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, drug testing and weekly AA or NA meetings.
Austin A. Boyd, 18, 223 McKean Ave., Charleroi; simple assault and harassment; charged Feb. 20; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail, domestic violence counseling, $100 fine and no contact with victim.
Andrew B. Crowley, 27, 7 Dire St., Hickory; burglary, receiving stolen property, retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 20; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Torie R. Stimaker, 24, 584 Thompson Ave., Donora; false reports and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 20; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program.
Douglas Schrott, 29, 103 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; theft and conspiracy; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 5 years of probation, restitution, 150 hours of community service, no contact with co-defendant and banned from Subway.
Larry L. Davis, 36, 607 Lookout Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged June 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher J. Grimes, 39, New Cumberland, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged June 16; sentence – $300 fine.
Mark A. McCulloch, 51, Dyer, Ind.; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 22; 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Dennis Tate Jr., 22, 705 Broad St., Washington; robbery and false identification to law enforcement; charged April 10, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Clarence E. Shrader, 65, 419 Cracraft Road, Washington; two counts of terroristic threats and harassment; charged Nov. 30; sentence – 60 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, anger management classes, mental health evaluation and no contact with victim.
Michelle A. Polizzi, 23, 453 Fifth St., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 19; sentence – 6 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Destiny B. Hart, 20, 417 Spring St., Richeyville; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 16; sentence – $300 fine.
Raymond E. Jenkins Jr., 22, 255 Elm Road, Uniontown; false alarm to public safety agency and public drunkenness; charged Aug. 19; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Lawrence A. Bogo, 45, 84 Gardner St., Avella; theft; charged May 14; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Tyler L. Yuille, 20, 635 McKee Ave., Monessen; four counts of simple assault; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, mental health evaluation, anger management classes, restitution and no contact with victims.
