Shopping with Mom
Lauren Stauffer, left, and her daughter, Jennifer, of Ruff Creek Crafts and Antiques are getting ready for “A Celebration of Mother’s Day” on Friday and Saturday during normal business hours. The shop will give kids of all ages a chance to make a card for Mom, and then sit down for an old-fashioned tea. Other Waynesburg Merchants Guild businesses, including Artbeat Gallery, 5Kidz Kandy, B&B Jewelry, Fischer Antiques, The Fashion Shop, Bonnie Belles, Rockstarz & Divaz, Just the Right Touch and Outstanding in the Woods will be offering special discounts, gift baskets and door prizes. Shoppers receive a free fresh-cut flower at each store they visit to build their own Mother’s Day bouquet and mini massages for Mom will be available at Ruff Creek, 5Kidz Kandy and Outstanding in the Woods.
