Fugitive arrested: Nicholas A. Campbell, 24, of Dunkard Township, is being held in Greene County jail after state police said they found him during a traffic stop on Bobtown Road shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday and learned he was wanted on an arrest warrant from Virginia. Campbell was arraigned by District Judge Glenn Bates and placed in jail while awaiting extradition.

Single-vehicle crash: State police said Samuel L. Jackson, 46, of Taylortown, was uninjured when his pickup truck went off Creek Hill Road near Gas Company Road in Dunkard Township and flipped onto the driver’s side about 9 a.m. Tuesday. Police said Jackson was using his seat belt at the time of the crash.

Store robbery: State police said two men wearing masks robbed the BFS Marathon convenience store on Route 188 in Jefferson Township at knifepoint about 2:30 a.m. Sunday and left with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
