STROUDSBURG, Pa. (AP) — An eastern Pennsylvania woman has been sentenced to seven to 20 years after pleading guilty as an accomplice in the murder of a man who disappeared a decade ago.

The Pocono Record (http://bit.ly/1FPDNcB ) reports that 32-year-old Lisa Marie Stavish of Stroudsburg entered the plea to third-degree murder Monday in Monroe County Court in the death of 42-year-old David McEntire of Kunkletown.

Stavish acknowledged having injected McEntire with a mixture of bleach and cocaine during an attack on him with three men.

She said she had long been in denial but had “come to terms” with her life and wanted to put the case behind her. She said she hoped “to come out a better person.”

One man pleaded guilty in the case in 2012 and another is awaiting trial.
