Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
James L. Landis, 49, 7326 Hutchinson Road, Elizabeth; reckless endangerment and harassment; charged April 29, 2014; sentence – 23 months Intermediate Punishment program with the first 30 days on electric home monitoring, no contact with victim, seized firearm relinquished to mother and permitted to use a firearm at work.
Renante C. Cabatino, 28, 3517 Pary Ave., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 12 months probation, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart.
Jeremiah Irwin, 24, 2 Hoon St., Monongahela; retail theft and criminal conspiracy; charged April 28, 2014; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, 150 hours of community service, retail theft classes and restitution.
Lisa M. Grimes, 45, 252 Endavor Drive, New Manchester, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged June 16, 2014; sentence – $300 fine.
Edward S. Nowacki, 28, 200 5Fifh Ave., Carnegie; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 14; sentence – $300 fine and restitution.
Lance A. Stumpf, 45, 745 Millers Run Road, McDonald; prohibitive offensive weapons and first offense of driving under the influence; charged March 21; sentence – 90 days to 2 years less 2 days in jail, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension followed by 12-month Interlock ignition device and $1,500 fine.
Dezmick M. Matthews, 21, 669 N. Main St., Houston; two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and false identification; charged March 16, 2014; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
