Organizers seeking to revise Canonsburg borough ordinances prohibiting lawn signs say it’s the first step in allowing a neighborhood watch program to help combat heroin usage. Kathy Boehmer, one of the organizers, said a meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church.
