Here it is, October, and we still don’t have a state budget. Gov. Tom Wolf needs to get off his high horse, do his job and quit saying he’s in no mood to end the stalemate. And while Wolf is at it, he needs to stay off television and radio and do his job. He certainly hasn’t done anything productive in the last nine months but blame Republicans, who also need to do their jobs.
