The NAACP Washington Branch will be holding its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration at St. Paul AME Church, 160 Ridge Ave., Washington, at 4 p.m. Sunday.

The Rev. Samuel Ware of St. Paul AME Church is the emcee and the guest speaker is Rev. Eugene C. Beard Jr., pastor of Nazareth Baptist Church.
