Brownsville churches plan community service
Brownsville Area Ministerial Association will host a community worship service at 7 p.m. Thursday at Calvin United Presbyterian Church, 307 Spring St.
The service is part of the National Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, which will be observed Jan. 18-25.
After the service, BAMA will honor volunteers for the Produce to People program sponsored by Fresh Fire Church.
In addition, Jan. 22 is the March for Life in Washington, D.C.
