Justice denied
I feel that this is a sign of the times – an egregious miscarriage of justice has been carried out by Greene County District Attorney Marjorie Fox, who chose not to bring charges against the unidentified inmate at SCI-Greene who slashed a corrections officer.
Could it be that Fox has been in office too long and has become complacent about the increase in crime in Greene County? What is the reasoning Fox used not to prosecute the unidentified inmate? Why is the inmate not identified? This is absurd.
Inaction by the officials who represent the justice system only encourages more crime.
