Pa. supermarket employee dies after fall from ladder
SHREWSBURY (AP) – A 56-year-old supermarket employee has died after he fell from a ladder at a store in central Pennsylvania earlier this month.
The York County coroner’s office said that Steven Melhorn, of Springettsbury, died Sunday after a week in the hospital after the accident at the store in Shrewsbury.
The coroner’s office says an autopsy found he died of complications of multiple blunt force trauma.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
