Marasco – Buchanan
Lindsey Buchanan and Brendan Marasco were united in marriage August 1, 2015, in Washington Alliance Church, with the Rev. Brian Greenleaf officiating the 3 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are James and Kristen Buchanan of Eighty Four. Her grandparents are John and Ruth Buchanan, Jeannette Tagg and the late Stanley Tagg.
Parents of the bridegroom are Duane and Janet Marasco of Washington. His grandparents are Georgia Nicholson, the late Dorwin Nicholson and the late Eugene and Mary Marasco.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Maid of honor was Kelsey Buchanan, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Angela Marasco, sister-in-law of the groom, and Courtney, Aubrey and Ellie Buchanan, all sisters of the bride.
Flower girl was Mackenzie Bauer, cousin of the groom.
Best men were Christopher, Benjamin and Matthew Marasco, all brothers of the groom. Ushers were Adam Walker and Jeffrey Newell.
Vocalists were Timothy Fehl and Ruth-Ann Jones.
The bride is a graduate of Lakeview Christian Academy and the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science in nursing. She is a pediatric ICU nurse at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
Mr. Marasco is a graduate of Washington High School and Grove City College with a bachelor of science in finance. He is a contract administration specialist at Specified Systems, Canonsburg.
A reception was held at The George Washington Hotel. The couple honeymooned in Aruba.
