MCKEESPORT (AP) – Police have been searching for at least one shooter after one man was killed and another wounded in a parked vehicle in southwestern Pennsylvania.

The Allegheny County medical examiner says 24-year-old Eric Johnson, of McKeesport, was killed in the driver’s seat of a Jeep parked in an alley.

The shooting occurred about 8 p.m. Saturday in McKeesport, about 10 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.

Another man in the vehicle was taken to a hospital, but his name and the extent of his wounds weren’t immediately released.

Police say they responded to another shooting about 3:45 a.m. Saturday, but found nobody wounded. Police collected 14 shell casings and determined four stray shots hit the McKeesport Ambulance Service building.

Police don’t know whether the shootings are related.
