The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Denzell D. Johnson, 18, 928 McKean Ave., Donora; retail theft; charged July 14; sentence – $300 fine.
Kristin N. Snyder, 36, 2900 Taft St., Washington; access device fraud; charged Oct. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Susan M. McMasters, 25, 916 ½ Addison St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s.
Brittany L. Simmers, 20, 514 East Maiden St., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Sept. 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Kendall T. Tuten, 55, 15 Michael Creek Lane, Humbolt, Tenn.; receiving stolen property; charged July 12; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with victims.
Brian A. Harrison, 25, 2602 Milburn St., McKeesport; retail theft; charged July 15; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Kmart.
Richard A. Bartoletti, 50, 7419 Noblestown Road, Oakdale; possessing and transporting big game unlawfully killed, hunting during a period that privileges were denied or revoked and unlawful hunting in a burial ground; charged Oct. 11, 2014; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and a $4,800 fine.
Michelle L. Rakoci, 29, 461 Moore Ave., New Castle; theft by unlawful taking; charged Dec. 9, 2014; sentence – five years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Joseph Gudac III, 55, 8 Norris Drive, Canonsburg; resisting arrest; charged Aug. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and 20 hours of community service.
Takoda T. Runco, 23, 231 Hamtom Road, Eighty Four; criminal trespassing; charged July 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victims.
Bridget Winters, 44, 902 1st St., Grindstone; retail theft; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William M. Jonas, 60, 117 Patio Drive, Canonsburg; endangering the welfare of children and indecent assault; charged June 1, 2005; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with victim.
Dechaunta D. Jolly, 30, 158 Park Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged May 7; sentence – three years of probation, 90 days of electronic home monitoring and no contact with Target.

Rodney W. Dunmeyer, 62, 144 Thompson Ave., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 16; sentence – $25 fine.
Thomas M. Ayers, 34, 216 Point Breeze Drive, Bethany, W.Va; arson and recklessly endangering another person; charged April 14, 2014; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Jaraya Porter-Robinson, 23, 1523 Summerdale St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Polo Outlet stores.

Robert Leach, 43, 931 Crest Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Nadine M. Redman, 48, 407 Madison Ave., Brownsville; retail theft and defiant trespass; charged Sept. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
Tabitha J. Horne, 33, 108 Fulton St., Washington; theft by deception; charged Aug. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Eric Weaver, 31, 55 Fecsen Drive, Charleroi; simple assault; charged Oct. 18; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
Marlo A. Price, 42, 130 May Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 15; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with Penn Station Subs.

Sayvon Carter, 19, 1008 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; simple assault and harassment; charged Nov. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Lori A. Whetsell, 41, 22 Kefover Rd., Marianna; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William D. Moses, 19, 1315 Superior Ave., Pittsburgh; flight to avoid apprehension and tampering with evidence; charged Dec. 7, 2014; sentence – three years of probation and 100 hours of community service.
William B. McNary, 31, 36 Pike St., Meadow Lands; theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged July 21; sentence – 90 days in jail, 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months of probation, 80 hours of community service, restitution, $900 fine, one year driver’s license suspension and no contact with victim or Walmart.

Braden R. Higgins, 22, 3197 Miller Run Road, Cecil; delivery of a controlled substance; charged April 1; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months of electronic home monitoring.
Charles G. Douglas, 22, 816 Lewis St., Brownsville; delivery of a controlled substance; charged May 20, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months of electronic home monitoring.
Bruce W. Debee, 38, 335 North Main St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct; charged July 3; sentence – 30 days of probation and $800 fine.
George E. Sadler Jr., 25, 870 West Chestnut St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver and driving while operating privileges were suspended or revoked; charged July 4; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $700 fine and 50 hours of community service.
