Bridgeville road work to start
Work to improve Route 50 (Washington Avenue) in Bridgeville, Allegheny County, will begin Monday night, weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on Route 50 between Station Street and Chartiers Street from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weeknights through mid-July. Weekend work may occur.
Crews from the Lane Construction Corp. will conduct milling and resurfacing operations, base and shoulder repair work, drainage improvements and other miscellaneous construction activities. The overall project will conclude in early August.
