Police beat May 5
Theft from vehicle: Peter Nolan, 29, of 365 Stewart Hill Road, Waynesburg, was charged with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property after Waynesburg police said he stole a cellphone and wallet from a car parked in the 700 block of East High Street shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday. He was arraigned by Senior District Judge Jesse Cramer and taken to Greene County jail on $2,500 bond.
Two cited in fight: Waynesburg police cited Kelli Mozingo, 26, of 147 S. East St., Waynesburg, and Donna K. Metcalf, 45, of Clarksville, with harassment for an April 26 fight at Mozingo’s borough home.
Police called for overdose: Tracy Orndoff, 39, and James Riggen, 42, both of 532 Braden St., Waynesburg, were each cited for disorderly conduct after borough police were called to their residence about 8:45 a.m. Saturday when Orndoff allegedly overdosed on heroin. Medics responded to the home and revived Orndoff, police said. Police said they found heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the house.
