Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman was:
Gerald C. Glass, 55, 1285 Sycamore St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; charged March 7, 2015; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
William J. Slider, 26, 7 Applewood Drive, New Eagle; aggravated assault of a police officer, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness; charged Dec. 12; sentence – 23 months of probation through veterans court program, 100 hours of community service and 90 meetings in a 12-step program.
James C. Harrison, 30, 1305 1/2 Third St., Hiller; retail theft and criminal trespass; charged Jan. 5, 2015; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Travis L. Adams, 32, 110 Leon St., Wellsburg; driving under the influence and carrying a firearm without a license; charged May 8, 2015; sentence – three to six days in jail, two years of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Earl J. Phillips II, 28, of Washington; criminal trespass and simple assault; charged May 2, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation and no contact with victim.
Christopher M. Napolitan, 37, 2449 Wedgemere St., Pittsburgh; simple assault; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, and no contact with victim.
Daniel C. Jordan, 35, 1222 Thelma St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Jan. 9, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Macy’s.
Desmond D. Grady, 29, 163 Lenox St., Uniontown; disorderly conduct; charged March 30; sentence – $300 fine.
Nicholas B. Ratica, 33, 6 Bethlehem St., Fredericktown; criminal conspiracy, accident with damage to an unattended vehicle or property, disregarding a traffic lane and failure to report accident to police; charged Feb. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation, $650 fine and restitution.
