Scenery Hill to hold heritage day festival Saturday
The Scenery Hill Preservation Committee will hold its first Heritage Day Festival on Saturday in the center of historic Scenery Hill. The event, which begins at 9 a.m. with a pancake breakfast at Scenery Hill United Methodist Church, will feature live music, square dancing, walking tours, food, wagon rides, and 19th century children’s activities.
Also featured will be a quilt show, heirloom plant sale by Robinson Acres Plant Sanctuary and Angels in the Battlefield, a Civil War reenactment field hospital.
