Defendants entered into Greene County ARD program

WAYNESBURG – Three ciminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Wednesday by Greene County Judge Louis Dayich.

Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs. Defendants charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol. Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.

William Rex Wise Jr., 32, of 331 Laurel Run Road, New Freeport, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary traffic violations; arrested May 9, 2015, following a two-vehicle crash on Route 18 in Jackson Township, Wise had a blood-alcohol content of 0.139 percent.

Scott Allen Lenhart, 32, of 406 Fourth Ave., Crucible, charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; during a traffic stop Nov. 5. Police found marijuana and a smoking device in his vehicle.

Kristina Lynn Yoho, 42, Paden City, W.Va., charged with DUI; arrested Nov. 8, Yoho had a BAC of 0.125 percent.
