Project makes businesses inaccessible
Is there anything more the City of Washington will do to make the businesses on South Main Street any more inaccessible to patrons thanks to the ineptly executed construction project there?
Our hearts go out to all the businesses, and particularly the Southside Restaurant, which has good food and exemplary service. This business has lost substantial sales since this project started.
Please know there is a parking lot behind the restaurant for those who want to continue enjoying Southside’s hospitality. We would hope that there is some kind of compensation and assistance the city can provide for their loss of revenue. If not, shame on the city.
