Liberty tunnel, bridge closures announced

The inbound Liberty bridge and tunnel in Pittsburgh will be closed from 8 p.m. today through 5 a.m. Friday. Two outbound lanes will be maintained on the bridge and through the tunnel. Inbound traffic will be detoured at the south end of the tunnel.
