Account accessed: Dolores Scott of Washington told state police Thursday that her debit card information was accessed and used to make three withdrawals from an automated teller machine at Lone Pine One Stop, 1748 Amity Ridge Road, Amwell.

Juvenile struck: A juvenile was slightly injured about 7:25 a.m. Monday when the child was struck by a vehicle driven by Hailee Dawn Biwer, 19, of Ellsworth in front of 2055 Jefferson Ave., Canton, state police said. Biwer failed to stop for the flashing lights on a school bus and hit the child, police said.

Theft, traffic charges: Erika Leigh Jenkins, 35, of 410 Grant St, Richeyville, was charged Tuesday by Centerville police with retail theft, driving under suspension and other traffic violations stemming from an Oct. 14 incident at Dollar General, 3220 National Pike. She is accused of placing items in her purse and not paying for them. Police also learned that her license is suspended when they checked her car in the lot. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Board damaged: David John Lafferty, 53, of Crescent, was charged Tuesday by Centerville police with institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct for allegedly damaged a bulletin board at the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis. Lafferty was apparently angry over the outcome of a hearing for his daughter. He reportedly stormed out of the courtroom and banged the door into the bulletin board. The charges will be sent by summons from Kanalis’ office.

Driver injured: Amie Jo Jenkins, 27, of 838 Vista Road, Washington, was injured early Sunday when her vehicle hit a utility pole on West Pike Street near Arnold Hollow Road, Chartiers police said. She was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Blood was also drawn to determine if alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Escapes injury: Sarah Ann Easterday, 23, of 169 Dodd Drive, South Strabane Township, escaped injury Friday when her pickup truck went off the 200 block of Valley Road and hit a utility pole, Chartiers police said.

Equipment found: A bulldozer and excavator reported stolen earlier this month from Morganza Road, North Strabane Township, were found Friday morning in the 400 block of Plum Run Road, Chartiers police said.

Man missing: Edward Blackburn III, 30 Lincoln St., Cokeburg, has been reported missing to state police. He was last seen about 9 p.m. Sunday. Police said he reportedly had been sending text messages threatening to harm himself. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.

Fugitive caught: Robert Terrance Williams, 24, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was taken into custody Monday night by California police during a traffic stop at Dally and Crow roads, Long Branch, during a traffic stop. It was determined he is wanted on a felony grand theft charge in Pinellas County, Fla. He was arraigned before District Judge Joshua Kanalis and placed in Washington County jail without bond pending extradition to Florida.

Crash leads to charges: Cappi Rawls, 33, of 13 Blythe Road, Fallowfield Township, is charged by city police with driving under the influence of alcohol and damage to unattended property after her vehicle crashed into a mail box and utility pole in the 800 block of Donner Avenue about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 20, court records show. A passenger in her vehicle, Deandrae Majors, suffered minor injuries in the crash. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges in a summons Monday.

Woman charged: Marci Lynn Gossic, 42, of 250 Donnan Ave., Apartment 1, Washington, is charged by city police with possessing two stamp bags of heroin and a counterfeit $100 bill during a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Main Street about 1:05 p.m. Saturday, court records show. The charges were issued in a summons Monday from District Judge Mark Wilson.

Man charged: Raymond E. Gereshenski, 42, of 215 Chess St., Apartment 1, Monongahela, is charged by Monongahela police with possessing five stamp bags of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia when he crashed his vehicle Friday into a guardrail in the 100 block of Union Street, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges in a summons Monday.

Head-on crash: No one was injured Monday night in a head-on crash at the intersection of Franklin Farms Road and Grandview Avenue, North Franklin police said. The drivers are identified as Paige Dupain, 18, of 540 Franklin Terracce and Paul E. Bickerton, 64, of 606 S. Palm St., North Franklin.

Shrubs, pole hit: Victoria Peel, 23, of 211 Annuity Drive, South Franklin Township, refused treatment after her vehicle went off the 1000 block of Park Avenue and hit shrubbery and a light pole Saturday night, North Franklin police said.

Driver charged: Alexis E. Houser, 31, of Castle Shannon, faces charges of DUI, possession of marijuana, not pulling over for an emergency vehicle and traffic violations stemming from a traffic stop Friday night at the intersection of Route 19 and McClelland Road, North Strabane police said.

Warrant arrest: Keilan Lamont Johnson, 21, of Sturgeon, was taken into custody early Sunday by North Strabane police on a warrant from Butler County for failure to appear in court last year. Johnson was a passenger in a car stopped on Weavertown Road for an equipment violation. Police also will charge Johnson with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver after he was found with hashish oil. The driver, Marcus Sean Kramer, 19, of 152 Meadow St., Westland, will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to police and several traffic violations including driving under suspension. Police said he gave them another name. The owner of the vehicle, Michael A. Kraynak, 34, of 101 Bell Ave., Burgettstown, also will be charged for having an expired registration, no insurance and other violations.

Marijuana possession: James O. Snatchko, 19, of Carnegie, will be charged by state police with possession of marijuana stemming from an Oct. 16 traffic stop on Interstate 70 east at the south junction with Interstate 79, South Strabane. He also will be charged with DUI, police said.

Truck damaged: Paul Hudson of Willowbrook Drive told South Strabane police Tuesday that a window was broken on his work truck. A rock was found near the truck. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle, police said.

Account accessed: Sheryl White of South Strabane told township police Monday that attempts were made to use her PNC debit card.

Warrant arrest: Susan M. McMasters, 26, of 916 ½ Addison St., Washington, was placed in Washington County jail July 12 after a traffic stop on Baird Avenue. State police said McMasters, who had a metal pipe, was wanted on several warrants. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
