Food for Profit seminar planned

Penn State Extension will host a Food for Profit workshop from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Penn State Extension office in Greensburg.

The seminar will help participants work through the maze of local and state regulations, food safety issues and business management concepts that must be considered in setting up a commercial food business.

Cost is $55 per person and includes all materials and lunch. Advance payment and registration are required by going online at extension.psu.edu/food/safety/entrepreneurs or by calling the registration coordinator at 717-921-8803.
