Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Eric W. Miles, 51, 705 Addison St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without license; charged Aug. 21, 2015; sentence – 60 days to six months in jail, 90 days of electrionc home monitoring and a $1,000 fine.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
