Republic VFD to hold fundraising dinner

Republic Volunteer Fire Department, 216 Republic Road, will hold a fundraiser Oct. 22 for the Mark A. Magazine Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The event includes a penne pasta dinner, ’80s music by DJ Ken Musko and a Chinese auction.

Dinner will be available from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with dancing from 9 to midnight. Pasta dinner tickets are $10 for adults and $4 for children 3 to 12 years old. Children younger than 3 eat free. Tickets will be sold at the door.
