Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Center Street in Clarksville, from Market Street to Bridge Avenue; and on parts of First, North and Market streets, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., today, for system upgrades. Customers might experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the outage.

The first Chamber Works concert of the season will be held at noon Thursday in Marsh Center below Roberts Chapel at Waynesburg University. Admission is free.

Yesterday’s Moments, a singing group featuring Al Anderson, Kelly Ann and Mark Davis, will perform Saturday at Clay-Battelle Senior Center. Food will be available for purchase. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., food will be available at 6 p.m. and music and dance will be from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $6.

Waynesburg University will hold “The Art of Collage” show Monday through Nov. 11. An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Benedum Fine Arts Gallery. Admission is free.
