Trail cameras stolen: John Harshman of Washington told state police Saturday four trail cameras were stolen from a wooded area behind 721 Pleasant Valley Road, Buffalo.

Theft report: Raymond D. Arnold, 38, of 1013 Lower Meadow Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole three packages from as many victims at Char House, 2511 Ninth St., about 2 p.m. Oct. 22, court records show. The charges are issued via a mailed Wednesday from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Faces charges: Antipas Yarbrough, 25, of 1333 Route 519, Eighty Four, faces charges after he allegedly kicked out a window in a Chartiers police cruiser during an incident early Thursday. Police were called about 4:45 a.m. to Washington Trails for a report of a man ringing door bells. Yarbrough, who police had a difficult time understanding, said he was waiting for his brother. Police called for an ambulance to have him evaluated. Officers were taking him to the hospital when he reportedly became combative and kicked out the window. He was taken to Washington Hospital for an evaluation. Canonsburg and North Strabane Township police assisted.

Vehicle stolen: Chartiers police have obtained an arrest warrant for Ralph McLaughlin, 44, of Meadow Lands, on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. He is accused of stealing a 2009 Chevrolet owned by Ashley Jo Shandor, also of Meadow Lands, Wednesday.

Warrant issued: Robin Hill, 56, of 201 McKean Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with aggravated assault and simple assault over actuations he pushed Brenda Ostlund down a flight of stairs, causing a severe injury to her leg, a cut to her mouth and a tooth to be knocked out. District Judge Mark Wilson issued a warrant Wednesday for Hill’s arrest.

Burglary case: James Darnell Foster, 34, of 452 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by borough police with burglary, theft, trespassing and receiving stolen property, court records show. He is accused of stealing a television and seven pairs of shoes from 185 Highland Terrace about 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23. District Judge Mark Wilson issued a warrant Wednesday for Foster’s arrest.

Threats charge: Thomas Hairston, 43, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by East Washington police with terroristic threats and harassment. He is accused of threatening to shoot workers installing a gas line in June near the intersection of Wade Avenue and Hemlock Lane. Hairston was gone when police arrived. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Endangerment charges: Jayden Lockhart, 18, of 507 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg, was charged this week by North Strabane police with reckless endangerment and reckless driving after he allegedly drove his vehicle at a 15-year-old Canonsburg girl as she walked on Cherry Street on Sept. 15. Police said he swerved but struck her with the passenger mirror. Lockhart reportedly told police he did it because he was prompted to by his passengers. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Charged in crash: Justin Matthew Misko, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by North Strabane police with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a crash. He reportedly crashed his vehicle over an embankment Sept. 15 at the Double Tree lot, 340 Racetrack Road, and left the scene. Police located him and said he refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

DUI, drug charges: Dennis Ray, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by North Strabane police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and paraphernalia. Police said he was found Sept. 17 passed out in his vehicle in a garage at The Meadows Casino. Police said he also was in possession of Clonazepam pills.

Burglary case: Monessen police Thursday filed charges of burglary, trespassing, conspiracy and criminal mischief charges against each of the following suspects: Markiez Jamall Johnson, 21, and Malaisia Shaton Adams, 22, both of Belle Vernon; and Natarsha Johnson, 38, of Monessen, court records show. They are accused of breaking into 1116 McMahon Ave. about 5 p.m. Wednesday. Nothing appeared to have been stolen from the residence. The three are free on $10,000 bond set Thursday by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Jewelry stolen: State police said jewelry was stolen when a house in the 400 block of Little Mingo Road, Nottingham, was burglarized Monday. The burglar entered through an unlocked back door, police said.

House burglarized: State police said a home in the 2900 block of Route 136, Somerset, was burglarized Monday. The burglar broke in through a door in the garage. Two jewelry boxes and other items were stolen from the house.

Theft charge: Jamie Lynn Bozsan, 34, of 801 Frederick Court, Canonsburg, was charged this week by South Strabane police with retail theft after she allegedly under-rang items valued at $1,282.69 in the self-checkout area at Walmart, Trinity Point, on four occasions in September and October. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Former employee charged: Jessica A. Gifford, 30, of 506 Washington Road, Waynesburg, was charged this week by South Strabane police with theft by deception. She is accused of falsifying cash returns while working at Torrid, Tanger Outlets, in August and September. Police said she is accused of stealing $1,240.41. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Charge filed: Stormy Palmer, 24, of 171 McWilliams Road, Washington, is charged by city police with impersonating a public servant over allegations she falsely identified herself as a federal agent during a dispute over a prescription at a Rite Aid, 1001 Jefferson Ave., about 1 a.m. Thursday, court records show. District Judge Robert Redlinger issued the charge in a summons Thursday.

Attempted robbery: A 25-year-old Washington woman told Washington police Wednesday night that a man tried to rob her at gunpoint while she was in the 700 block of Broad Street. She told police she was walking home from the Circle K, West Chestnut Street, when she was approached by the would-be robber, who had a silver pistol. He demanded money, and when she told him she had none, he checked her pockets and fled. She said he was a light-skinned black man, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, wearing a red, hooded shirt, tan and gray camouflage pants and a gold mask.

Grass damaged: Brandon A. Belford of 630 McGuffey Road, West Finley, told state police Monday that paint was sprayed on two sections of grass on his property, damaging it.
