A number of criminal defendants pleaded guilty the week of Nov. 14 before Greene County Judge Louis Dayich. They were:

Gregory Antoine, 22, of 130-58 21Eighth St., Springfield Gardens, N.Y.; theft, recklessly endangering, resisting arrest; no contest plea to forgery; on July 21, Antoine bought $600 in gift cards at a Waynesburg pharmacy with counterfeit $50 bills; he resisted arrest when later apprehended at Walmart; sentence – 10 to 22 months in jail, $647 in restitution.

Natasha M. Celli, 28, of 243 Rices Landing Road, Rices Landing; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; a charge of contraband was withdrawn; on June 1, Celli threw a package over the fence of the Greene County Jail containing a syringe and five Subutex pills for her boyfriend; sentence – 1 to 5 years in jail; 150 hours of community service.

Roberta J. Lightcap, 28, of 45 Paw Paw Manor, Rivesville, W.Va.; endangering the welfare of a child; recklessly endangering; on Dec. 12, a 3-year-old child in Lightcap’s care was found with a burn wound on his chest; Lightcap failed to seek medical treatment; the Waynesburg home in which she resided was in unsanitary conditions; sentence – 2 years of probation, $100 fine.

Jeffery Wayne Cunningham, 52, of 508 E. Greene St., Carmichaels; driving under the influence of alcohol, two summary violations; arrested Feb. 12, he had a blood-alcohol level of .188 percent; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, weekend sentence; $635 in fines.

Jules A. Scango, 44, of 314 High Ave., Masontown; DUI; arrested June 25, he had a BAC of .179 percent; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail; weekend sentence; $500 fine; 30 hours of community service.

Paul Elijah Rush, 38, of 240 S. Cumberland St., Waynesburg; DUI: arrested March 24, he had a BAC of .223 percent; sentence – 6 months of probation; $500 fine; 30 hours of community service.

Timothy Shawn Rice, 51, of 105 First St., Clarksville; operating a watercraft while under the influence, two boating violations; stopped by wildlife conservation officer July 24 on the Monongahela River in Cumberland Township, he had BAC of .130 percent; sentence – 6 months of probation, $600 in fines; 40 hours of community service.

Robert Marshall Uphold Jr., 51, of 220 Inwood Ave., Carmichaels; violation of the public welfare code; between April 24, 2015, and Feb. 23, 2016, he received $1,823 in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program funds while failing to disclose he was employed; sentence – 5 years of probation; $1,823 in restitution.

Lucas Spencer Huff, 18, of 132 Roberts Run Road, Mt. Morris; four counts each theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, loitering or prowling; two counts each of conspiracy and corruption of minors; between June 22 and 28, he stole items from four vehicles on Browns Ferry Road and Olympic Street in Cumberland Township; twice he was accompanied by two juveniles; sentence – 2 years of probation; $117 of restitution; 100 hours of community service.
