Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:
Joshua D. Cromer, 34, 290 Vogliano St., Meadowlands; possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights; charged May 12; sentence – 12 months of probation and a $25 fine.
David L. Hresko, 30, 1706 Greensburg Pike, West Newton; simple possession; charged July 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Patrisha M. Fleming, 31, Route 1, Shinnston, W.Va.; carrying a firearm without a license and simple possession; charged Aug. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Candace L. Cheroke, 32, 1761 North Road, McDonald; simple possession; charged May 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Corey J. Talley, 39, 102 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; four counts of retail theft; charged Nov. 12; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with PA Wine & Spirits and Dollar General.
Mark A. Clipp, 31, 382 Naomi Road, Fayette City; theft; charged Sept. 3; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Tighlor W. Decanio, 25, 610 Wolfe St., Baden; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 13; sentence – six months of probation.
Vera M. Shaw, 49, of Mill Hall; simple possession; charged July 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Crystal L. Morris, 47, 1070 Maple Ave., Washington; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged July 23; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Caleb R. Nestor, 18, 40 Sycamore St., Muse; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 18; sentence – six months of probation.
Kayla Cole, 19, 1476 North Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; retail theft; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
