Police: Pittsburgh woman beat pal with porcelain elephant
PITTSBURGH (AP) – A Pittsburgh woman is charged with beating her drinking pal with a porcelain elephant.
WTAE-TV reports 24-year-old Jordan Clark and the alleged victim had been drinking all day before they got into an argument. That’s when police say Clark grabbed the elephant figure and hit the other woman.
Online court records don’t list an attorney for Clark, who faces a Nov. 28 preliminary hearing on aggravated assault, terroristic threat and disorderly conduct charges.
The incident happened Sunday night in the city’s Upper Hill District neighborhood.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but her condition was not immediately available Tuesday.
