Police beat Nov. 22
Car overturns: A car driven by Alec Celani, 24, of Washington, went off Redd Run Road near Mowl Road, Amwell, at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 21, struck a tree and overturned, state police said. The car then hit a second tree. Celani was not injured. He was cited for a traffic violation.
Warrant arrest: Rondell L. Johnson, 36, of Washington, was taken into custody Saturday by Canonsburg police on a warrant after it was determined he was wanted as officers answered a call in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant.
Contempt charge: Ashly Nicole Ayers, 32, was arrested and charged with indirect criminal contempt for allegedly contacting a person in violation of a protection-from-abuse order. State police allege she contacted the person Nov. 14 for reasons not permitted under the order. She was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.
Twin brothers arrested: Twins Joshua M. Alauzen, 21, and Jacob Alauzen, 21, both of 130 Markwood Drive, Cecil, were arrested Sunday by township police after the two allegedly assaulted each other during a confrontation at their home over a girl. They were arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released on their own recognizance.
Assault charges: Robin Hill, 56, of 604 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Sunday on a warrant obtained by Donora police on charges of aggravated assault and simple assault. He is accused of shoving a woman down a flight of steps Oct. 25 at 201 McKean Ave. The alleged victim suffered a leg injury and a laceration on her mouth. She also had a tooth knocked out. Hill was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.
Boyfriend arrested: Seth William Glenn, 33, of Adah, Fayette County, was arrested early Monday by Monongahela police on charges of simple assault and harassment. He is accused of punching his girlfriend in the face and head, grabbing her and pushing her onto a bed during a confrontation at 904 Marne Ave. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.
Assault arrest: Rhonda L. Ludwick, 53, of 708 Sheridan St., Monongahela, was arrested Sunday by Monongahela police on charges of simple assault and harassment. She is accused of hitting her boyfriend in the face three times during a confrontation. She was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released from Washington County jail Monday after posting $1,500 bond.
Mother, daughter face charges: Rolanda Charlie, 46, and Ashley Fields, 28, both of Washington, will be charged by Washington police stemming from an incident at Charlie’s home at 695 Ewing St. Sunday morning. Police said Fields went to her mother’s home to retrieve her belongings, and they reportedly got into an argument. Charlie will be charged with harassment for allegedly punching her daughter in the mouth. Fields will be charged with trespass. Fields also called police about 5 p.m. Sunday, telling them she was punched in the face by a man in the 700 block of Addison Street. Her alleged attacker was not at the scene. Police did not indicate if charges would be filed against him.
Card used: Krista Balser of Washington told Washington police her debit card was used to make about $300 to $400 in purchases Saturday at locations in the Washington area. She accidentally dropped it at an East Maiden Street convenience store.
House burglarized: Aubrey Seaman of 930 Fayette St. told Washington police the door of her home was damaged in a burglary Saturday. Nothing was stolen.
