Spaghetti dinner will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 775 N. Main St., Washington. Dinner will include a choice of meatballs or sausage, salad, bread, dessert and beverage. Eat in or take out. Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for senior citizens and $3 for children.
Square dance will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday at Center Township fire hall in Rogersville. There also will be line dancing, polka and cake walk. Caller will be Dave Dahl. Cost is $7 for adults, $10 per couple and $5 for 12- to 18-year-olds. Beginners and those who want to watch are welcome. Food and beverages will be served, beginning at 6:30. Mon Valley Railroad Historical Society Inc., 128 Pleasant St., Morgantown, W.Va., will hold its Holiday Model Railroad Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Members will sell model railroad items, and there will be a Chinese auction. Hot dogs, home-baked goods and refreshments will be available for purchase. Admission is free. First Student, in partnership with the Jefferson-Morgan Food Pantry, will hold a Stuff-the-Bus food drive at Giant Eagle, 999 N. Eighty Eight Road, Rices Landing. Donations of nonperishable food and monetary donations will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday through Dec. 18. Food is distributed the third Wednesday of each month.
Monongahela Township Community/Senior Center, Martin Ferry Road, Greensboro, will present Celebrate the Season from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday. The event will include food, music, a bake sale, Chinese auction and Santa.
