Welding leads stolen: About 260 feet of welding leads were stolen from the beds of two pickup trucks parked Nov. 8 and 9 at the Hampton Inn, state police said. The names of the victims were not released by police.

Windows broken: The right side windows were smashed on two vehicles parked in a gravel lot on Orchard Avenue between 6 p.m. Dec. 2 and 3:30 p.m. Dec. 3, state police said. The names of the victims were not released by police.

No injuries: Jessie A. Belding, 19, of Waynesburg, escaped injury when her vehicle ran off snow-covered Dutch Run Road at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, went over an embankment and rolled onto its roof, state police said.
