Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Karen L. Swoger, 39, 360 Duncan St., Washington; retail theft and simple assault; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail, two years of probation, restitution, no contact with victim, retail theft classes and anger management.
Tyler J. Hall, 21, 410 Fifth St., Charleroi; false identification to law enforcement and public drunkenness; charged May 31; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and a $300 fine.
Jamie L Greer, 28, of Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christine M. Cain, 29, 105 Conklin Road, Washington; criminal conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver; charged June 1; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring and 50 hours of community service.
Shawn Bradley, 26, 112 Stoney Lonesome Road, Fairmont, W.Va.; theft of mislaid property; charged March 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Rodd R. Allison, 29, 684 Sand Hill Drive, Dallas, W.Va.; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 13, 2015; sentence – six months in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and no contact with CoGo’s.

Kristin L. Demis, 28, 310 Annuity Drive, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 20, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Kyle Brookins, 27, 992 Glencoe Ave., Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 5; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program and nine months of electronic home monitoring.
Kristin L. Demis, 28, 310 Annuity Drive, Washington; retail theft; charged March 6, 2015; sentence – 12 to 36 months in jail, no contact with Sam’s Club and WalMart.

Francis Ogden, 48, 125 Bellevue Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 26, 2015; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Garrett A. Keirs, 25, 40 Link Ave., Triadelphia, W.Va.; DUI; charged April 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
John N. Shrader Jr., 43, 1284 Banetown Road, Washington; DUI; charged Dec. 30; sentence – two days to six months in jail, a $500 fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Christopher D. Thomas, 56, 691½ Cleveland Road, Washington; DUI; charged Dec. 27; sentence – 90 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Michael J. Trent, 56, 305 Patch St., Houston; DUI; charged May 14; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Jason Wagner, 32, 72 Dinsmore Ave., Burgettstown; DUI; charged March 6; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, three months of electronic home monitoring, $1,750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
William L. Haught, 62, 309 N. Main St., Houston; DUI; charged April 2; sentence – three days in jail, 10 days of electronic home monitoring, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Angelique M. Bayletts, 42, 24195 State Highway 99, Cambridge Springs; DUI; charged Jan. 8; sentence -six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.

Robert J. Monack, 49, 642 Sixth St., Donora; accident with damage to unattended property, illegal operation without ignition interlock and driving with a suspended license; charged May 13; sentence – one to 12 months in jail, restitution and a $500 fine.
Alec G. Stefanovits, 21, 912 Sleepy Hollow Road, Pittsburgh; theft from a motor vehicle; charged Aug. 25, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Jeffrey Norris, 19, 115 Coplin Ave., Clarksburg, W.Va.; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ryan L. Jakicic, 52, 963 Penn St., Brackenridge; retail theft; charged March 13; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart.
Wendy J. Victor, 23, of Uniontown; conspiracy to commit robbery; charged April 4; sentence – 364 to 729 days in jail, no contact with victim or Charleroi Sunoco and restitution.
James Ellis, 51, 116 Cleveland Ave., Uniontown; theft by deception; charged April 7; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months of electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Julia M. Ames, 28, 1336 New St., Franklin; retail theft; charged Oct. 19, 2015; sentence – two years of probation, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart.
Charles L. Cole III, 24, 1030 Allison Ave., Washington; simple assault and harassment; charged Oct. 18, 2015; sentence – two years of probation, 25 hours of community service, no contact with victim, a $300 fine and restitution.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
