Electoral College focus of program
Peters Township Public Library will host “The Electoral College: What It Is and How It Works” at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Featured speaker will be Larry Spahr, director of elections for Washington County.
Spahr will discuss the origins of the Electoral College and what the founding fathers hoped to achieve by the electoral vote for president and vice president.
