If our new fish and boating commissioner had anything to do with helping to destroy Dutch Fork Lake, he’d better retire right now. They should have gotten the National Guard or a couple of Boy Scout troops to go in and clear out the brush and all the new tree growth.

They also should have removed the silt above the old dam site. The lake has been destroyed for years to come.

They should have gotten a grant from the federal government to repair it right or had somebody else do it. They never needed to drain it in the first place.
