Carmichaels Area National Honor Society will hold an American Red Cross community blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Carmichaels Grange 1389, Five Points interesection of Route 21 and Ceylon Road. Owning It: Successfully Navigating 2017 will be presented from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Chrome Federal Credit Union, 440 Racetrack Road, Washington. Cost is $49 per person, with 10 percent of the proceeds benefitting Community Action Southwest. Companies that would like to donate baskets can contact Rob Costanza, motivational speaker.
