Vehicles targeted: State police have advised owners to lock their vehicles and not leave valuables inside after five unlocked vehicles were entered over the weekend. Police said cash was stolen from a total of three vehicles owned by Meredith J. Wright, 23, and Michael S. Blackhurst, 35, both of Washington, at 161 Boone Road between 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday. They also reported someone entered vehicles owned by Vaughn A. Hixenbaugh, 46, at 265 Kelley Road, and Tracie L. Lindsay, 56, at 305 Kelley Road, but nothing appearead to be missing. That incident reportedly occurred between 7:45 p.m. Friday and 11:55 a.m. Saturday.
