MONESSEN – A Monessen man is recovering in a Pittsburgh hospital after being shot in the stomach during a disturbance in a bar in the city Friday night.
Westmoreland County detectives are waiting for the victim, whom police did not identify, to recover from surgery before they interview the former Detroit, Mich., man at Allegheny General Hospital, Monessen police said.
