Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Shiann Huseman, 25, 445 Lusk Road, Apt. B, Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Dwayne M. Grogan, 50, 31 Columbus Drive, Monessen; delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; charged April 2, 2014, and April 29, 2015; sentence – 15 to 30 months in jail and 12 months of probation.

John E. Oblack, 48, 409 Ohio St., Belle Vernon; criminal mischief and driving while license is suspended; charged Sept. 25, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, restitution, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Belinda A. Patterson, 43, 495 Ewing St., Meadow Lands; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, hindering apprehension and two counts of retail theft; charged March 6 and 9, April 4 and 7, June 19, 2015, and Aug. 26, 2015; sentence – four years of probation, restitution, no contact with 109 Chambers Lane, Canonsburg, no contact with Home Depot and no contact with Walmart.

James J. Woods, 42, 703 Sixth St., Marianna; theft and defiant trespassing; charged March 1; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim and two years of probation.

Anthony M. Sutterfield, 20, 107 Wayne St., Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 24, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Celeste Varner, 50, 501 Castner Ave., Apt. A, Donora; retail theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Dollar General.

Jody L. Ellis, 56, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged July 7, 2015; sentence – six to 23 months in jail.

Gayge L. Heintz, 25, 424 Belonda St., Pittsburgh; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 28, 2014; sentence – three to 23 months in jail.

Cindy M. Jay, 41, 307 Second St., Vestaburg; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 27; sentence – three to 23 months in jail.

Tyrone D. Chandler Jr., 29, 129 Church St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct; charged March 9, 2015, and June 17, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Michael S. Breese, 23, 425 Baird Ave., Washington; theft by deception; charged May 15; sentence – six months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

April L. Birtwell, 26, 156 Campground Road, Avella; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 5; sentence – six months of probation.

Jazmyn Calhoun, 19, 5 Palace Plaza, Apt./Suite 5C, Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged May 11; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Polo Ralph Lauren and Tanger Outlets.

Richard E. Yanketis Jr., 52, 26 Withrow Road, Eighty Four; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged July 25, 2015; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Alan L. Roberts Jr., 23, 128 McKee Ave., Monessen; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged May 12; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail.

Nicole L. Romantino, 32, 501 First St., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Natalie Fine, 39, 130 Woodland Acres Lane, Belle Vernon; tampering, simple possession, driving while license is suspended, criminal trespass and theft; charged May 14 and Aug. 19; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $200 fine and no contact with victim.

Angelina Atkinson, 48, 15 N. Main St., Apt. 5, Washington; defiant trespass and theft; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.

Isaiah E. Calloway, 25, 108 1/2 Wylie Ave., Washington; theft of services; charged April 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Denny’s.

Michael W. Elko, 50, 723 Washington Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Nicole M. Nichols, 41, 113 Hamilton St., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Scott A. Rolf, 46, 201 Brook St., McDonald; theft; charged March 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Dennis W. Devenney Jr., 38, 437 Vance Station Road, Washington; conspiracy to trespass and criminal trespass; charged Dec. 2, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, 90 days in jail, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Takoda T. Runco, 24, 231 Hamtom Road, Eighty Four; criminal trespass; charged July 25, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, no contact with victims and 100 hours of community service.

Kenneth W. Morgan, 62, 2047 Sandy Plains Road, Clarksville; driving under the influence; charged June 18; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Erik J. Duritza, 29, 138 Ivy Lane, Venetia; DUI; charged April 7; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jennifer A. Cumer, 34, 90 Beech St., Muse; DUI and endangering the welfare of children; charged May 10; sentence – 18 months of probation, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 50 hours of community service.

Leonard D. Watkins, 52, 60 Main St., Daisytown; DUI and driving under suspension with BAC of .02 or more; charged April 11, 2015; sentence – eight months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 45 days on electronic home monitoring, $800 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Pamela L. Smith, 37, 2884 S Bridge Road, Washington; access device fraud and two counts of theft; charged Aug. 1, 2015; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Jeffrey A. Brunell, 47, 454 Third Ave., New Eagle; statement under penalty; charged Oct. 10, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Shawn C. Lamonde, 40, 5907 Ashford Court, McDonald; simple assault and resisting arrest; charged Feb. 28; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 23 months of probation, $2,500 fine and 75 hours of community service.

Ricky L. Dickson III, 24, 800 Grove Ave., Washington; statement under penalty; charged May 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Gander Mountain.

Maurice A. Parker, 39, 49 North Ave., Washington; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving without a license; charged May 30; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, $200 fine and no contact with victim.

Keith Wilkerson, 57, address unknown; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged June 1, 2011; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail.

Diego J. Garcia, 19, 534 Bower Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 5, 2015; sentence – $300 fine.

Thomas Sefcik, 30, 407 Duquesne Ave., Apt. A, Canonsburg; DUI; charged May 7; sentence – five days to six months in jail and $1,500 fine.

Tracy L. Garrett, 43, 11 Rawson Drive, Washington; aggravated assault and DUI; charged April 7; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, six months of probation, $300 fine, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
