Local students to perform with WSO
Local students will perform with the Washington Symphony Orchestra at 3 p.m. Sunday at Trinity High School during the “Homegrown” concert as part of the orchestra’s Side-by-Side program.
The Side-by-Side program pairs high school students with WSO musician mentors in rehearsals and for the performance of a regular-season concert. The program gives student musicians the opportunity to discover if they would like to play with a community or a professional orchestra after high school.
