Boil-water advisory lifted in Rostraver Township
Officials lifted a boil-water advisory in part of Rostraver Township Sunday morning.
The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County issued the warning Thursday as a precaution because of a leak in the water line. The warning applied to Concord Lane, Finley Road, Gardenview Lane, Indof Lane, West McClain Road, Municipal Drive, the 4300 block of Route 51, Sylvan Drive, Timms Lane and Transmission Lane.
The authority said in lifting the advisory all tests for contamination were completed and had come back negative.
