Arthur Mull II, 34, 38 Central Ave., Washington; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 12 and Dec. 27, 2014; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail.

Quinton D. Shaner, 22, 303 Fifth Ave., Elizabeth; involuntary manslaughter, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, careless driving unintentional death, driving at safe speed, reckless driving and disregard traffic lane; charged Nov. 2, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and $750 fine.
