Grant applications being accepted
Applications are being accepted for the Keystone Historic Preservation Grants. Deadline is March 1.
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission’s Keystone fund totals $1.5 million. Grants for local governments and nonprofits are available for project and construction for properties listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.

Also, the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is taking applications through 4 p.m. April 12 for the 2017 Community Conservation Partnerships Program Grants.
The grant provides financial and technical assistance to local governments, river and trail organizations, land trusts and other nonprofits for planning, acquisition and development of park, recreation, conservation and greenway projects. Applications will be accepted from eligible municipalities and nonprofits.
