Lesniakowski – 100 years
Stella Lesniakowski of Canonsburg celebrated her 100th birthday with a family party Sunday, February 26, and will celebrate today with friends and staff at TownView Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born February 28, 1917, in Canonsburg.
On July 2, 1938, she married Ernest Lesniakowski.
Her children are Anita Marcischak of Houston, Carolyn Casciola of Canonsburg and Kim Comfort of Washington.
Her grandchildren are Jeffrey Marcichak, Jackie Hinerman, Randy Casciola, Colleen Labishak, Amy Walters, Zac Comfort and Karlie Comfort.
She also has five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Lesniakowski loved to garden, cook, bake and play cards. She also loved listening and dancing to polka music and spending time with her family. She is a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Mrs. Lesniakowski remains involved in many activities at TownView.
