S. Strabane police file theft charges
South Strabane Township police recently filed theft-related charges against several suspects accused of stealing items from local businesses.
Kristy Ann David, 25, and Kenneth David, 37, both of Ronco, Fayette County, were charged with theft by deception and conspiracy after she allegedly stole DVDs from Walmart, Trinity Point Jan. 26 and gave them to him to return for a gift card. Police said she also was charged with possession of paraphernalia after items were found in her purse.
Amy Kisner, 28, of 70 Pennsylvania Ave., Canton Township, was arraigned last week on charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Police said she was caught Jan. 31 stealing items from Kohl’s, Strabane Square.
Megan M. Adams, 24, of 106 Fonner Run Road, Sycamore, was charged with felony retail theft and possession of paraphernalia. She is accused of stealing items valued at $894 from Kohl’s Jan. 24.
Carol Stockdale, 64, of 2675 W. Roy Furman Highway, Waynesburg, is charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items valued at $225.97 from Kohl’s Jan. 27.
Miranda Lynn Levers, 24, of 830 Ewing St., Washington, is charged with theft by deception for allegedly returning a stolen item to Walmart, Trinity Point, in exchange for a gift card Jan. 28.
Richard G. Dunfee III, 32, of 123 Mill St., Washington, was charged with false reports to police, false identification to police and retail theft after he allegedly stole items from Walmart Jan. 28 and Feb. 1.
