Replacement of West Finley bridge to begin
Construction for the West Finley Road bridge, spanning Robinson Fork in West Finley Township, is scheduled to begin as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. Replacement of this bridge will allow PennDOT to remove it from Washington County’s structurally deficient bridge list.
Construction is expected to begin during the week of March 27 and be completed in early May. During this time, drivers will be detoured along Rocky Run Road, Burnsville Ridge Road, Good Intent Road and Beham Ridge Road. In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change.
