Crosskeys offering tax rebate assistance
Crosskeys Human Services Inc. is offering one-on-one help from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 12 in completing property tax rent rebate applications.
A member of state Rep. Pam Snyder’s office will be at the Brownsville senior center, 302 Shaffner Ave., to assist with the application process.
Homeowners must provide copies of their paid property tax receipts – county, township, borough, and school district – and proof of 2016 income.
Renters will need landlords to fill out a Pennsylvania rent certificate before April 12. The form is available at the Brownsville center.
