Work on the $8.18 million Route 22 improvement project in North Fayette Township, Allegheny County, will resume Monday, weather permitting.

Beginning at 9:30 a.m. Monday, single-lane restrictions will occur in each direction on Route 22 on the bridges over Potato Garden Road through May 3 as crews apply a latex overlay. Additionally, daylight single-lane restrictions will occur in various locations on Route 22 between Washington County and the Oakdale interchange. Crews will conduct miscellaneous construction activities. The project will be done in early May.

Swank Construction Co. is the prime contractor.
